Abstract

2019 International Conference on Video, Signal and Image Processing (VSIP 2019) was held at Wuhan, China during October 29-31, 2019 together with its workshop 2019 2nd International Conference on Virtual Reality Technology (ICVRT 2019). The purpose of the conferences is to bring together for research collaboration scholars, scientists, engineers and students all around the world in the fields of Video, Signal & Image Processing and Virtual Reality Technology. The conferences seek to offer a broad spectrum of current researches in these areas.
