She studied journalism, business administration and American studies at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and the University of Bergen in Norway, and earned her doctorate at the European Business School (EBS) on the role of leadership communication in ambidextrous technology companies. As an author and blogger (www.ambidexterity.org), she focuses on how companies successfully drive their core business while building a new future around digital platforms and ecosystems.
