This book presents an application-centric approach to the development of smart grid communication architecture. Dr. Marina Thottan is Director of the Networking and Software Systems group at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs. Dr. Jayant G. Deshpande is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs.
