About the editors

Prof. Wei Guo, a professor and doctoral supervisor at Central South University. He is the director of the High Speed Rail Shaking Table Laboratory, who ever won the Excellent Young Scientist Fund of China. He visited the University of California, Berkeley (Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center) and the University of British Columbia in 2016-2017. He chaired more than 30 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, including the Excellent Young Scholars Program, a general program, a Youth Program, specially funded projects of China Postdoctoral, and a major program of 600 km/h High-speed Magnetic Levitation. He published more than 160 academic papers, among which more than 70 papers were indexed by SCI.

Prof. Kai Qian, a doctoral supervisor at Guilin University of Technology (GLUT). He is the Chair of the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture at GLUT. He is also a recipient of National Natural Science Funds forExcellent Youth Scholars, a backbone member of Innovative Research Groups of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a committee board member of Singapore Section of ASCE, a vice-chairman of the Singapore Institute of Engineering Technologists, a vice-chairman of the Youth Committee of Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction in Infrastructure of Seismological Society of China, a member of ASCE Multihazard Mitigation Committee, a member of ASCE Disproportionate Collapse Committee.

Prof. Honggang Tang, Deputy Party secretary and dean of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Guizhou University, director of Green and Intelligent Construction Engineering Research Center of Guizhou Mountain Habitat, chief architect of Survey and Design Research Institute of Guizhou University. He is in charge of national first-class professional construction of architecture, and presided over a provincial "gold course", a science and technology project of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, He published more than 20 papers, published two monographs, won the Guizhou Province Engineering survey and design award, Guizhou Province excellent urban and rural planning and design award. He is a member of the Expert Committee of "Characteristic Countryside" and "Red Beautiful Village" of Guizhou Province, the Expert Committee of Fire Protection of Guizhou Province, the Expert Committee of Prefabricated Building of Guizhou Province, and the Urban and rural Planning Committee of Guiyang City and Zunyi City.

Assoc. Prof. Lei Gong, Associate Dean of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Guizhou University, Director of the Education Branch of the Architectural Society of China, Deputy Director of the Engineering Research Centre for Mountain Habitat and Green Intelligent Construction in Guizhou Province. He is the lecturer of major architecture courses such as Architectural Design and History of Western Architecture. He has edited and participated in two textbooks; presided over and participated in five scientific research projects and more than 20 engineering practice projects; published more than 10 papers and won more than 10 relevant awards.
